Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from both the Fort Avenue and Old Forest Road Mr. Tire locations. My issues began at the Fort Avenue location, where the staff failed to complete the service they were supposed to perform. Because the store was going to be closed the following day, I was instructed to take my vehicle to the Old Forest Road location. To avoid any confusion, I specifically asked the employee at Fort Avenue to contact the Old Forest Road store and let them know I would be coming. When I arrived at the Old Forest Road location the next day, I was met by the manager, Victor. From the moment I tried to explain the situation, he was extremely dismissive. He never made eye contact, appeared completely uninterested in hearing my concerns, and after I finished explaining everything, he casually said, “I’m short-staffed. I can’t look at that today.” After dealing with this issue with Mr. Tire for over a month, being brushed off in such a nonchalant manner was incredibly frustrating. Victor and I exchanged words, and I ultimately left without any resolution. I have interacted with him in the past without any problems, but during this visit his attitude

I cannot thank Phil and the other staff members enough. I was visiting Lynchburg and on my way into town I had a run in with a deer that made me nervous to drive all the way back to North Carolina without having my car looked over. I originally brought it to Berglund Toyota, as my car is a 4Runner, but they seemed to act like I was overreacting and didn't care enough to schedule me in, in fact no one there even called me back like they were supposed to. Ended up at Mr. Tire and the entire team was friendly and helpful, not to mention personable! Normally sitting around waiting on your car is boring but they made us laugh and talked with us like they truly cared about their customers. Sure enough, there was an issue with my tire alignment, and they had it fixed in a short period of time, and what I paid felt extremely reasonable. Cannot recommend enough!

I didn't wake up this Monday expecting to have my day made at the tire shop. But it was. After a dangerously low tire, causing me to miss a different appointment today, I went to get my tire fixed in kind of a grumpy mood. Well, customer service was incredible. And I left after just a short visit and a working tire with a way better day! Life is full of sweet surprises. Highly recommend this place.

Phil was amazing! I was out of the area and had a flat tire the night before. Phil got me in right away on a Sunday replaced my tires, did a 4 wheel alignment tires are great! Appreciated the communication from start to finish and felt I was valued as a customer. Thanks Phil enjoyed talking to you, and service was 10/10!

First, the one star rating is not for this location, because Victor and all the rest of the employees there are great! However, corporate has really dropped the ball with their decision to farm out the "Guest Care Agent" work elsewhere. If you call the Lynchburg number to make an appointment or inquiry for this store, you end up speaking with people in another country who don't seem to care. I called the number on Saturday morning to inquire about getting a state inspection done. The agent assured me that this store was doing state inspections on Saturday, and that all I needed to do was drive there. Imagine my surprise when I drove the 11 miles to the store only to be told by the actual store employees that inspections were performed Monday thru Friday. To make matters worst, when I called the care agent center back to complain, I was told that they did not accept complaints at that location and that I would have to call yet another center elsewhere. They weren't even able to transfer me to them! So I called the "complaint line" as the "care agent" instructed and was forced to leave a message with a request for callback, which to date, I still have not received. I also emailed
